A very Happy Valentine's Day to all.
Every year my husband (also an artist) and I make each other Valentine cards, instead of purchasing gifts. I think it makes the day more of what it was intended to be, taking the time to create something that has meaning. A little bit of our heart, in an envelope and sealed with a kiss.

Alycia... I LOVE this Valentine to your hubby.
I wrote mine a poem and tucked it into a little pocket of this "love" pillow I found at Pottery Barn. Then I treated him to a sax concert hosted by a local group of college students.
It was a perfect day!
